Delivery Information
Courier Delivery Charges (Orders Under 30kg)
Zone A-B £8.25 up to 20kg, Between 20-30kg add on £3.00
Zone C £14.41 up to 20kg, Between 20-30kg add on £5.75
Zone D £29.54 up to 20kg, Between 20-30kg add on £7.25
Palletline Charges for Orders Over 30kg Next Working Day
Mainland UK – £60 + VAT
Highlands & Islands – Please call for a price & to arrange delivery
Any orders placed before 12:00hrs (Monday to Friday) will be despatched the same working day (Excludes bank holidays)
If you place your order after 12:00hrs, we will do our best to dispatch it the same day but we cannot guarantee it. If we are unable to dispatch the same day, your order will be despatched the next working day.
On delivery, the goods must be inspected by you or someone on your behalf and a valid signature will be required. The contract of sale is not complete until you accept the goods at the time of delivery.
You are within your rights to refuse part or all of the goods before signing the dispatch note. CSS Cleaning Equipment will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to the goods after the contract of sale has been concluded.
All goods will be delivered in accordance with your order usually within the stated delivery time. Details of our delivery schedule are below.
Missing or damaged good must be reported within 24hrs of delivery, this can be done by completing our returns form found under the Returns information page. On assembly, should a part be missing please report to us with a description and we will dispatch replacement goods.
Returns Information
We hope that you are happy with you order however if for any reason you are not you can return it, in its original packaging, within 14 days for a full refund.
All items must be returned with a completed Returns Advice Note within the 14 days at a cost to you.
All goods will be inspected before a refund is made, you will receive an email to confirm if you are due a refund. It is responsibility of the customer to take reasonable care of the goods and any damaged or neglected goods whilst in the care of the customer may result in a claim. If in resalable order then no charge will be made and your refund will be made in full (excluding delivery charge)
If you receive an item that is faulty or an incorrectly sent item we can either exchange it for a replacement or give you a full refund including delivery charges upon receipt and inspection of returned goods.
